This is the training to access and register for a grant opportunity within the Flex system. Any information that's found on these pages during this training video are for the training video only and are not considered official content. First, you're going to click on the link that you either receive through a release email, a public notice, or through JWB's funding opportunities page. When you clicked on the link, you will be directed to the View grants page. The View grants page will have any opportunities available in the JWB Flex system. Currently, the only available of grant opportunity is the fiscal year 26 non-operating and Capital Projects RFA. On this page, you can view the grand overview, open date, application deadline, and contact information for technical support. To access the grant, select the view details and apply button. You will be redirected to the Grant's detail page. This page has all the important information related to the grand opportunity. We will go into this grant detail page in more detail in another training video. Now let's go ahead access and apply for this grand opportunity. Click on start the application. If you currently have access to the JWB Flex system, you're going to enter your information in as an existing user. Individuals without access to the Flex system should register as new users by clicking the register button. For purposes of this, this training we are going to access based on being a current user. When you register and or you are an existing user logging in, you will be directed to the My Applications page and be able to move past the grant detail page to start a new application. This is the training to access and register for a grant opportunity within the Flex system.
